Our New Home 2017
On the 1st of July Basia and I moved in together in a 5 Bedroom House in Salmon Arm. We were lucky to find it as there was and still is almost nothing available. The House is almost 100 years old and for this age in a good state with its own charm. 😉
The house is located very close to Downtown Salmon Arm, in a rather quite side street. Even being Downtown, we still have our privacy as it is for a City still quite a big Property, with the neighbors not being to close.
Why such a big house? Basia choose to do “Homesharing”. Homesharing is to take in 1 or 2 persons with mental disabilities or development issues, who otherwise would have to spend their life in an institution. In this way they have a home get some support and attention. We were looking for people who are in general not difficult cases and are already used and interested to be more independent.
Having my Office now also in the City comes in Handy for my clients as well.
